The simple manual thermostat has ten-degree increments to set the temperature from 90°F to 190°F. An analog thermometer allows users to monitor the temperature inside the cabinet even without power. To keep food warm and moist, this cabinet uses the patented Humi-Temp system that makes use of a heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium that heats moist air from the baffled humidifier pan and is circulated throughout the cabinet by a fan-cooled blower motor.  To provide easy access to the interior, a full grip latch that closes positively gives access to users. This design is edge-mounted and provides a secure seal every time. The insulated stainless steel door is sealed with a cabinet mounted door gasket.  To make sure this cabinet is up to the task of serving in a commercial capacity it features 20 gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior. The exterior is polished for a clean look that’s easy to wipe down. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel and coved corners that make cleaning as simple as possible. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. Rolling this holding cabinet into place is simple with 6” polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free. To provide additional protection a solid 1-½” wide wraparound aluminum frame with a snap-in non-marking vinyl cushion is installed to the base and extends beyond the doors.
