The Electrolux Professional 169108 (ASG36) EMPower Restaurant Range is a French top stove capable of 27,000 BTU/hr. This Restaurant Gas Range is part of the EMPower product line from Electrolux and is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with other EMPower kitchen equipment. The EMPower product line provides restaurant owners with many options to customize their kitchen with the equipment their specific use case needs. These modular units are space-efficient, and when installed properly, can completely streamline the cooking process.
The cooking plate is made from durable cast iron which is easy to clean and features a single central high-efficiency gas burner. The cooking top is recessed 1.2” which allows pots and pans to be easily moved around without the need to lift them. The cooking surface has heating zones with varying temperatures from 950°F at the center to 390°F at the edges A hook is included for removing the circular ring at the center of the cooking surface
A heavy-duty chrome-plated control knob allows for smooth temperature control and is easy to clean. On the right side of the unit is a ½-gallon drawer that captures debris and overflow which is easily removed for cleaning.
The front and sides of this unit are made from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for aesthetics, ease of cleaning and longevity. The worktop is made from corrosion resistant 304 AISI stainless steel. The unit stands on removable 4” legs that are height adjustable. The overall dimensions for this unit are 36-1/32” in width, 31-½” front-to-back, and 14-⅝” in height.
This unit is designed to use natural gas from the factory and can be converted to use propane with the included conversion kit. For safety, a gas pressure regulator and main shut off valve are included.
