Durable, reliable, and versatile, this 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range comes with six (6) round hotplates and a standard oven with stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and top for dependable build quality that will last many years.
The 9″ round hot plates each have a dedicated three-heat switch where you can turn them off or modify the heat to high, low, and medium. There is a 9.25″ deep rail at the front of the cooktop.
Bake amazing dishes and pastries on this commercial range with the one-rack standard oven, which is fully insulated on all sides, comes with a stainless steel lined door, an aluminized steel inner lining, and a removable rigidized steel deck. A 5″ stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the users. The unit rests on 6″ legs, which can be adjusted for easy setup on uneven floors.
