The worktop includes a sizeable 19 1/4”-deep cutting board to provide plenty of space to make any size of pizza. Ergonomically Designed Door and Drawers
The interior of this unit is accessible via (1) solid door and (4) durable drawers, each of which can be opened using easy-grip recessed handles. ABS door liners cover the interior of the door and all drawers to protect against water damage.
Self-Cleaning Condenser
This pizza prep table has a self-cleaning condenser that is fitted with a rotating brush. The rotating brush moves up and down the condenser 2 to 3 times every day to remove dust that may have gathered in the coil after being pulled up in by the evaporator fan. The condenser is also shielded from dirt, debris, and larger particles using a fine mesh wire filter.
Casters for Mobility

The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-N Super Deluxe Pizza Prep Table is a large model with 31 cu. ft of refrigerated storage space. Inside the three doors are 6 stainless steel shelves providing plenty of highly organizable space. Finding items inside the refrigerated space is easy with LED lights at every corner.
The cold bunker system uses forced air to circulate around the food pan area to keep food below r 41°F to meet NSF requirements. The cold bunker area comes with 12 pans to easily organize pizza toppings. Making pizzas is really simple with plent of space on this unit’s extra-deep full-width High-Density Polyethylene cutting board.
To make sure this unit runs efficiently the compressor is side-mounted and airflow is through the front of the device which allows it to be installed in tight spaces. This configuration also allows for service crews to access the unit’s refrigeration unit without moving it from where it is installed. To keep the refrigeration system running efficiently without added labor, Turbo Air integrated their patented self-cleaning condenser. This system uses a rotating brush that removes dust from the condenser to keep it completely free-flowing.
This pizza prep table features a ⅔ HP compressor powered by standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 5.6 amps. Installation is made simple with an 8-foot power cord and 4” swivel casters.
