The 36″ griddle has two separate heat zones independently controlled from their dedicated thermostatic controls so you can cook multiple dishes at a time. The oven is 13.5″ high, 26.25″ wide, and 29″ deep cavity.
The oven on this commercial range has a 13.5″ high, 26.25″ wide, and 29″ deep interior, which is fitted with a removable rack. This rack can be set on four (4) different guides so you can maximize the space inside. The oven can be controlled via its own lectromechanical thermostat. It also has stainless steel grease troughs at the front and rear for easy maintenance.
