This heavy-duty commercial electric range from Garland adds 18.5 kilowatts of cooking power to your kitchen via the spacious 36″ boiling plate and standard oven. Designed for heavy use, this commercial range boasts a stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and front rail.
The 36″ boiling plate on this heavy-duty range has six (6) separate heat zones with three (3) heat switch controls so you can work on multiple items at a time. You can bake a wide variety of dishes at the oven base, which measures 13.5″ high, 26.25″ wide, and 29″ deep. It is supplied with one removable rack that can be set on four (4) rack guides so you can get the baking results you desire or cook more.

The 460V version contains three heat zones only. Full size oven is controlled by a heavy‑duty electromechanical thermostat. Oven interior is 13.5″ (343mm) high x 26.25″ (667mm) wide x 29″ (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES39 has storage base in lieu of oven section.
