This unit features four (4) powerful 33,000 BTU burners and a SpaceSaver oven to your kitchen. The 27″ deep cooking surface will help you cook up a lot of orders at a time to serve your guests quickly. This unit is designed for long-lasting durability with its stainless steel worktop, front, sides, and 6″ legs.

Each burner is controlled by a large knob while maintenance is made easy with the 12″ section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom. The H-style open-top Starfire-Pro burners on this unit come with a ring and top grates made of cast iron to achieve optimal heat retention and facilitate safe and ergonomic handling of heavy pots and pans. There is a 5/8″ stainless steel plate at the front that provides an additional surface for plating and handling the hot cookware. This commercial range also features a 2-piece stainless steel back guard and shelf for added storage and protection from wall splatters.
Base
The SpaceSaver oven is powered by an H-style 32,000 BTU burner and includes one (1) rack that can be adjusted to three (3) rack positions to support food items of different sizes. The temperature can be set as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the snap-action modulating thermostat engineered for even baking and fast recovery. And since the interior is made of porcelain, it creates a smooth, durable surface that’s easy to clean. The stainless steel legs can be adjusted to set the unit to the most comfortable height for your staff and your setup.
This Garland restaurant range passes CSA Flame, CSA Star, and cCSAus standards.
