The Glastender FRA-36 Commercial Dipping Cabinet is a great choice for establishments with limited space. If you want a convenient place to store and serve ice cream from an easy to reach location this model might be the right one for you. With its lid open, this ice cream dipping cabinet needs 39-½” of vertical space. This height is ideal for most standard height bars. The unit is 36” wide and 19” from front to back.
This model can hold 2 3-gallon tubs of ice cream (6 gallons in total). It stores its ice cream between -5°F and 10°F with its ¼ HP self-contained cooling system that uses R404A refrigerant. The temperature is maintained efficiently with foamed-in-place insulation.
A 7” high 20 gauge stainless steel backsplash keeps liquids from damaging the wall and keeps cleaning time to a minimum. The working top, lid, integrated dipper well and faucet are also made from 20 gauge stainless steel. The working surface is 30” high which keeps the unit from getting in the way while still being convenient to use.
The integrated dipper well uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain and the NSF/ANSI 372 compliant faucet uses a ⅜” cold water lead.
The body wrap of the freezer unit is made from 22 gauge galvanized steel and the cabinet floor, leg pads and condensing unit floor are made from 16 gauge galvanized steel. To make sure the unit is level the cabinet sits on adjustable bullet feet.
Power is provided to the unit through a 6-foot long power cord with a NEMA 5-15P grounded plug. This unit uses 120v/60/1-ph power and draws 4.75 amps at full load, it is recommended to be connected to a dedicated 15 amp circuit.
