With two (2) round hotplates, two (2) hot tops, and a convection oven, this 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range is a cooking powerhouse that can significantly boost your production from a single space in your kitchen. The front, sides, top, and oven lining are all constructed with stainless steel to protect from rust and corrosion.
The hot plates are 12″ wide and 24″ deep controlled by a thermostat that has a temperature range of 250 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The 9″ round hot plates are each controlled by a three-heat switch that lets you adjust the heat intensity to low, medium, and high settings. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25″ deep rail for added functionality.
The fully insulated convection oven comes with a dual-speed that circulates the hot air to remove any cold or hot spots for even cooking. The oven fits six (6) racks on the removable rack supports that are installed on the interior sides of the oven. With the stainless steel inner lining, stainless steel throat, vent with damper and shelf-type, and stainless steel lined door, this convection oven makes for a robust base to the commercial range.
A 5″ stainless steel flue riser helps keep users comfortable in the kitchen by deflecting the heat and smoke produced by the unit. The 6″ legs can be set to different heights to accommodate uneven floors.
