This 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range packs a 24″ griddle, a 12″ hot top, and a convection oven in one piece of cooking equipment. It has stainless steel front, sides, and top that makes for a dependable, long-lasting companion in any kitchen.
The hot top is operated from a thermostat that has a wide temperature range of 250 degrees to 850 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide array of recipes. The griddle lets you cook a large batch of food such as burgers and breakfast directly on the 0.5″ thick plate. It is also thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 250 degrees to 850 degrees Fahrenheit for extra precision and flexibility. The splashes on the sides and rear of the plate help maintain the workspace and anything nearby clean and safe. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25″ deep rail for additional functionality.
The 6-kilowatt convection oven is supplied with three (3) racks and six (6) side rails. The dual-speed fan will move the heat around each and every rack to cook everything uniformly and quickly. The convection oven is fully insulated on all sides and comes with stainless steel oven, throat, and lined door for extra durability.
The commercial range also comes standard with a 5″ stainless steel flue riser that redirects heat and smoke from the unit away from the users. The 6″ legs are adjustable to install safely on uneven floors.
