The hot plates on this commercial range are each controlled from a thermostat that can support a wide temperature range of 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25″ deep rail that provides extra convenient space.
Bake various dishes with the standard oven with one (1) rack and fully insulated sides. For added durability, this oven comes with stainless steel lining, an aluminized steel inner lining, and a removable rigidized steel deck. A 5″ stainless steel flue riser protects users from heat and smoke produced by the unit by redirecting it towards a ventilation hood. The unit is mounted on 6″ legs that can be adjusted to conform to uneven floors.
