This 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range comes with a set of six (6) round hot plates and a TruVection oven. The front, sides, and top are constructed with stainless steel to stand up well to daily heavy use.
The round hotplates are 9″ in diameter and each has a dedicated control knob where you can adjust the heat intensity to low, medium, and high or completely turn off the heating element. The TruVection oven with electronic ignition is built for high-volume production, with its two-speed fan that circulates the heat evenly so that everything inside is cooked uniformly. A solid-state thermostat control lets you adjust the temperature between 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, with amazing precision so you can produce desired results for every single recipe. The coved interior has a porcelain enamel finish that makes cleaning quick and easy. The interior is illuminated and has fully opening dependent doors with glass windows so you can see your progress from the outside.
This commercial range comes with a 9.25″ deep front rail and a 5″ stainless steel flue riser that redirects heat and smoke from the unit away from the users. The 6″ legs supporting the unit can be set to different heights to accommodate uneven floors.
