This 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range is a cooking powerhouse that fits three 12″ hot tops and a TruVection convection oven in a single unit. The front, sides, and top are all made of stainless steel for excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
The hot tops have a thermostat that supports a wide temperature range of 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 850 degrees Fahrenheit so you can get your desires results for each and every recipe. front of the cooktop is a 9.25″ deep rail for additional functionality.
The TruVection oven is equipped with a two-speed fan that evenly heats the entire cavity so you can get the same amazing results no matter where food is placed inside. With the solid-state thermostat controls, you can adjust the temperature from 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. You can easily check cooking progress without opening the doors, thanks to the interior illumination and glass windows. The dependent doors open all the way to 180 degrees so you can safely load and unload racks. The coved interior has a porcelain enamel finish that is attractive and super easy to clean.
This commercial range comes standard with a 5″ stainless steel flue riser that pulls the heat and smoke from the unit away from the users to maintain a safe and cool kitchen. The 6″ legs supporting the unit can be set to different heights to accommodate uneven floors.
