The Electrolux Professional 169106 (ACFG36) EMPower Restaurant Range features six (6) burners up top with a static oven with a maximum output of 34,000 BTU/hr. Each burner is rated to produce 32,500 BTU/hr. This Restaurant Gas Range is available from Electrolux’s EMPower product range which allows it to fit perfectly with other modular units. This product line allows restaurant owners to select the right sized pieces of kitchen equipment their enterprise requires and arrange them in the best way for their kitchen. Having a well designed, space-efficient kitchen makes the operator’s work simpler allowing them to provide more effective work with less effort.
The pan supports on this unit are made from cast iron that allows pans and pots of various sizes to slide effortlessly from burner to burner. These pot supports are designed specifically to allow for smaller cookware to be centered over flames for efficient heating. To make cleaning and maintenance easier this unit features one-piece gasketless venturis which are simple to remove. The unique flower flame produced by this burner expands vertically and horizontally which adapts to the shape of cookware of various sizes and shapes to provide maximum coverage with the flame.
The cavity of the oven features a tough enamel coating and measures 26-¾ inches deep, 14-15/16 inches tall, and 19-9/16 wide. The unique baffle above the burner in this oven provides even heat distribution. The oven is rated to be capable of providing temperatures between 158°F and 590°F. Included with this oven are two (2) tray racks made from stainless steel.
Temperature control is provided by six (6) control knobs, one for each burner, which turn smoothly for accuracy and feature durable chrome plating for which is easy to wipe clean. Below the burners of this unit is a full-width crumb tray that will catch all debris that falls in. When the crumb tray is full it is easily extracted from the front of the unit with easy to grab handles.
The sides and front of this model feature durable stainless steel with an aesthetically pleasing Scotch Brite finish that is easy to maintain. The worktop itself is made from 304 AISI stainless steel which is highly corrosion-resistant. Included with this unit are 4” legs that can be adjusted for height
The standard configuration for this model natural gas and can be converted to use propane with the included field conversion kit. This unit also ships with a main shutoff valve and a gas pressure regulator.
