The Electrolux Professional 169134 (ACFG24T) EMPower Restaurant Range is a four (4) burner top with a static oven producing 34,000 BTU/hr. Each of the burners are rated to produce 32,500 BTU/hr. This unit features safety thermocouples and a flame failure device. As a part of Electrolux’s EMPower lineup this Restaurant Gas Range is designed to integrate seamlessly with other modular units to fully customize a kitchen to fit any restaurant’s specific needs. The use of these modular units can produce a kitchen that is ergonomically designed and space efficient which will maximize the output of operators while minimizing the amount of effort they need to expend.
This unit features pan supports made from cast iron that cookware can glide over effortlessly when being moved from burner to burner Smaller cookware can situated directly above the flame of each burner thanks to the special design of the pan supports. For easy maintenance and cleaning the venturis are removable feature a gasketless design. The flower flame produced by the burners completely envelop the base of cookware of various shapes and sizes for maximum flame coverage and even heating.
The enameled oven cavity measures 19-9/16” wide, 26-¾” deep, and 14-15/16” tall. A uniquely designed baffle above the oven’s burner provides uniform heating to the cavity. The oven is rated to provide temperatures between 158°F and 590°F. Included with the oven are two (2) tray racks made from stainless steel.
The five (5) control knobs, one for the oven thermostat and one for each burner top, provide precise control and feature chrome plating for durability. The crumb tray below the burners is full-width and will catch any debris that falls in. Emptying the crumb tray is simple with an easy-to-grasp handle accessible from the front of the oven.
The sides as well as front of this unit are constructed from durable stainless steel featuring a timeless Scotch Brite finish which is easy to clean. The worktop is made from corrosion-resistant 304 AISI stainless steel. 4” height adjustable legs come standard with the unit and can be easily removed
The standard gas configuration for this unit is natural gas but it can be easily converted to use propane with the included conversion parts. A main shut off valve and pressure regulator are also included.
