The Electrolux Professional 169135 (ACFG36T) EMPower Restaurant Range is a six (6) burner unit with a 34,000 BTU/hr static oven. Each burner is capable of 32,500 BTU. This Restaurant Gas Range features a safety thermocouple and a flame failure device.
This unit comes with cast iron pan supports that allow pots and pans to be easily slid from one burner to the next. The way the pot supports are configured allows for smaller pots and pans to be placed directly over the flame. The one-piece gasketless venturis are removable for easy cleaning. This burner produces a unique flower flame that produces a flame that expands horizontally and vertically adapting to any shape and size pot or pan providing maximum flame coverage.
The oven cavity is enameled and measures 19-9/16” wide, 26-¾” front-to-back, and 14-15/16” in height. The oven is evenly heated with a unique baffle installed above the burner. The oven is capable of temperatures between 158°F and 590°F. The oven comes with two (2) stainless steel tray racks.
The six (6) control knobs, one for each burner, smoothly rotate for precise control and are chrome plated for durability and easy cleaning. A full-width crumb tray below the burners catches any debris that falls in. The crumb tray is removed with an easy-to-grasp handle at the front of the unit.
The front and sides of this unit are made from stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish for aesthetics, ease of cleaning and longevity. The worktop is made from corrosion resistant 304 AISI stainless steel. The unit stands on removable 4” legs that are height adjustable. The overall dimensions for this unit are 36-1/32” in width, 31-½” front-to-back, and 37-3/16” in height.
This unit comes from the factory with parts installed to use natural gas and can be configured to use propane with another set of inculded parts. A gas pressure regulator and main shut off valve are also provided as standard.
