Operating at 12 kilowatts, this heavy-duty commercial electric range has two (2) 18″ boil plates, each with two (2) sections independently controlled by a three-heat switch. while the base is a standard oven. Each boil plate comes with two (2) sections, individually controlled by a three-heat switch, so you can cook up various recipes at a time. The base is a storage cabinet where you can keep your cooking essentials for quick access. The front, sides, and front rail of the unit are all made of stainless steel to defend against resistance and facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance.
This commercial range features a 3″ high vent riser that acts as a barrier between the heat and the surfaces behind the unit. The entire cooking range is set on 6″ chrome-plated legs that can be adjusted to fit uneven surfaces. This model meets all cCSAus and NSF standards.

Oven interior is 13.5″ (343mm) high x 26.25″ (667mm) wide x 29″ (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES35 has storage base in lieu of oven section.
