Packing two (2) powerful 33,000 BTU burners and a 12″ griddle, this 24″ wide G24-2G12S restaurant gas range from Garland’s G Starfire Pro series has the versatility that kitchens need to serve a wide variety of menu items. This commercial range has a stainless steel worktop, front, top, sides, and 6″ legs to create a solid piece of equipment that can handle the rigors of daily use.
Versatile worktop
The H-style open top burners feature a cast iron top and ring grates with excellent tensile strength and heat retention. Each burner gets its own large control knob for easy operation. The design also allows you to slide heavy pots from one section to another with ease. The griddle operates at 18,000 BTU per hour so you can whip up delicious breakfast favorites.
At the front of the burners and griddle is a 5/8″ stainless steel plate that provides an extra surface for plating. For easy maintenance, this restaurant range comes with 12″ section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom.
Roomy storage base
This commercial gas range features a spacious 29 cubic feet storage area at the base that you can use to put all the items you need to speed up your cooking and handling process. There is a 2-piece stainless steel back guard and shelf that not only protects from splashes but also offers additional storage.
This Garland restaurant range passes CSA Flame, CSA Star, and cCSAus standards. It stands on 6″ stainless steel legs that you can adjust to set the unit to the most comfortable height for your staff and your setup.
