If you need to add the unique functionalities of a griddle and a stove to your kitchen without using up more floor space, the 36″ wide G36-2G24T restaurant gas range with four (4) 33,000 BTU open top burners and 12″ griddle is the perfect unit for you.
Offering up a spacious 27″ deep cooking surface, this commercial range is made of stainless steel from the front to the sides to protect from rust and corrosion. The burners are well-protected from drips and damage by the cast-iron top rings and grates and are controlled via the large easy-to-use knobs. The cast-iron material is great for containing heat and evenly distributing it to the cooking vessel for superior cooking results! The griddle is 5/8″ thick and has a manual high and low-temperature control for easy operation. A 5″ plate rail is very handy for instant plating and remains cool to the touch!
The 10″ stainless steel low-profile back guard prevents stains or damage to the wall or anything behind the unit. There is also a flame failure device to prevent gas leaks and promote a safer operation. The unit has 4″ adjustable stainless steel legs to achieve an ergonomic setup.
