This 24" wide G24-4T restaurant gas range is equipped with four (4) 33,00 BTU G Starfire Pro open burners that form a spacious 27" deep cooking surface so you can fit larger cookware. This is a modular unit that allows you to upgrade your production line in no time.
Designed for excellent durability, this commercial range features a stainless steel front, sides, and 5" plate rail, which offers extra workspace and provides added safety during operation. A low-profile backguard protects walls and other equipment from splashes of oil, sauces, and other liquids from the food you're cooking.
The burners are protected by a cast-iron top that allows for excellent heat retention and distribution for improved cooking results. The grates form a solid cooking surface that allows you to slide pots and pans around with ease. The top and grates are very easy to remove and keep clean too.
This restaurant range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards for guaranteed safe and commercial use.
