The Garland G36-4G12T restaurant gas range boosts your production line’s cooking power with its set of four (4) 33,000 BTU Starfire Pro open burners and a 12″ griddle. Offering up a spacious 27″ deep cooking surface, this commercial range is constructed with stainless steel from the front to the sides so you know your unit will last long.
The cast-iron top rings and grates protect the burners from spills and ensure heat is retained and distributed evenly across the pot or pan for excellent cooking performance. The griddle is 5/8″ thick and has a manual high and low-temperature control for easy operation. A 5″ plate rail is very handy for instant plating and remains cool to the touch.
The two-piece stainless steel low-profile back guard blocks splashes and intense heat from the back wall and other equipment to keep your work area clean and your walls free from moisture. The unit has 4″ adjustable stainless steel legs for a stable and ergonomic setup.
