This 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range adds two (2) round hotplates, a 24″ griddle, and a standard oven to your kitchen. Built to handle the toughest cooking challenges, this unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, and top.
The round hot plates measure 9″ and each one comes with a dedicated three-heat switch where you can adjust the heat to high, low, and medium. When cooking burgers and breakfast favorites, you can count on the spacious griddle, which comes with a 0.5″ thick plate and thermostatic controls where you can adjust the temperature with amazing precision between 150 degrees to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. There are splashers on the sides and rear of the plate to protect nearby surfaces and equipment from spills and splatters. A 9.25″ deep front rail runs the entire width of the commercial range.
The standard oven with one rack allows you to bake dishes and pastries from the base of the unit. It is fully insulated on all sides to keep the operation efficient. The stainless steel inner lining and throat, an aluminized steel inner lining, and a removable rigidized steel deck offer additional durability. A 5″ stainless steel flue riser helps maintain a safe and cool kitchen by diverting the heat and smoke coming from the cooktop and oven away from users. The unit is mounted on 6″ legs that are adjustable to fit uneven floors.
