The 24″ wide G24-G24T is a restaurant gas range with a 24″ griddle top with an 18,000 BTU output. The griddle plate is 5/8″ thick and comes with a hi/lo valve control for easy operation. Thanks to the modular design, you won’t have to use any floor space to integrate this unit into your existing lineup.
This commercial range has a stainless steel construction from the front and sides to the 5″ plate rail, which stays cool for safe operation. A low-profile backguard protects walls and other equipment from splashes of oil, sauces, and other liquids from the food you’re cooking.
This restaurant range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards for guaranteed safe and commercial use. We also have a wide variety of restaurant and heavy-duty ranges and other commercial cooking equipment to complete your operation.
